Lynne joined Canterbury Christ Church University in 1999 as a Chartered Librarian and worked in the Library for just over 12 years before becoming a Learning Technologist in 2012 supporting staff in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing.
Lynne works as part of the Learning Technology Team supporting the use of learning technologies to enhance learning, teaching and assessment within the institution. During her time as a Learning Technologist, Lynne has supported the growth of e-feedback and the introduction of the PebblePad e-portfolio tool within the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing.
Lynne’s current academic interests include e-portfolios for supporting health professionals, the ‘flipped classroom’ approach to learning and teaching, and with an MSc in Information and Library Studies, digital literacy and how this relates to information literacy.
Lynne has a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (HE) (now Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice), an Ordinary Member with the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
